Do not go with this company. I reserved their party bus about a month in advance for my best friend's bachelorette party. I had about 15 ladies who were to join in on the fun. It was a week before the event and I received a call regarding payment and finalizing the contract. She was very patient and cordial. All was well or so I thought. Fast forward.......It's the night of, 9:45pm to be exact (the bus was to arrive at 10 pm). I get a phone call from the driver of the bus informing me that he will not be able to provide services and that my refund will be returned due to a malfunction on the bus. Yes ,15 minutes prior! Are you kidding me? He didn't even offer a back-up option. I was highly upset. I understand things happen but you could've at least offered me something. I told him to have the manager call me. I am still waiting on that phone call. I have called them a number of times for an explanation, apology or something from the manager. They have completely ignored me. Choose this service!!! I reserved the Chrysler 300 for by best friend's 21st birthday and it was nothing less than spectacular. From the inquiry call to the farewell, these guys treated us like royalty. Big thanks to Melissa for arranging everything, Stan for letting us check out the ride beforehand and play with all the buttons, and Gregg our wonderful driver--He was dressed sharply and rolled out the red carpet for us. These folks are top notch! Worth every penny!
