We had an issue with our air conditioner and our home warranty company referred us to this company. The tech seemed to know what he was doing but when we tried to schedule repair job all of a sudden there was $2700 in extra fees. We decided to get second opinion and used the other company.
We were very pleased with the service from REO. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. REO called us to set up a service call and arrived during the specified time frame. The repairman was professional and fixed the problem. He explained what the problem was. There were no surprises and no extra charges. Thank you for the great service!
As a single woman I am always leary. I had a really good experience and I think you will as well. My AC unit stopped working, I called and a very knowledgeable technician came out right away and fixed unit. Would definitely use REO again.
Great experience with REO. We needed to replace our HVAC, and the entire process was as painless as anyone could make it. Their bid was very reasonable, and their installers were experts.
