The best place to take your computer to get fixed , the customer service are awesome, prices are reasonable, they have a very good team they smile while they helping ����, I recommend this place to anyone, keep it up guys.

Took my PC in because I suspected the hard-drive was going bad along with a couple other hardware issues. I was told it was a software problem and paid for what I was told was a hard-drive wipe. I picked it up around closing time and when I tried to use computer noticed sleep mode was malfunctioning and was freezing while in use. Called them the very next day and told them about the problem and was told to bring it back in. Had it looked at by another repair shop and was told they didn't do anything and my initial speciousness were correct. When I questioned the guy at Micro about it he was very loud and kept repeating himself. Did offer to put the money I paid for the wipe which was actually a reset toward a used system. While I don't think he was honest with me I do think he honestly felt he knew what he was doing when it was clear he didn't. I don't recommend this shop nor making the mistake I did in not getting a second opinion before having anyone do work on your computer.

My wife and I decided to upgrade our computers. They asked us a few questions. We walked out with great computers. Their customer service is excellent and extremely fast. They have a tremendous selection. They are extremely knowledgable. They are courteous. We have had our computers for over a year. They have provided excellent support for us. I highly recommend purchasing a computer from this business.

After the flood, I needed someone to take care of my television. I took it to several places and everyone told me to toss it away. One of the repair shops recommended me this place. When I got there, they told me it will be ready in a few days, and it was! Now, I am about to send them my laptop and computer unit. Most important thing is honesty and professionalism. Thumbs up!

The guys at Micro Computers were great and you could tell they had no interest in selling you a defective device. It's way better than buying something off of craigslist that if it breaks...you're screwed. They are interested in having you as a customer for the long haul.The knowledge of their stock it top notch. I have already recommended them to friends.

Wonderful Place. Workers are very nice and respectful. Went in with a problem with my computer and it was fixed with in minutes. Have been going here for years. Would never go anywhere else.

The people working at this location have an excellent customer service. I like the prices and the guarantee they give on the products. They own up to promises they make. I recommend them for personal computers and business. I used the service on both and will continue to do so.

Very good store, very good service! The people who work there are very gentle and they know what they are doing. Not like the other store not so far from this one. The manager has a very good attitude and had my problem fixed in a very short time! The other store has a lack of knowledge about computers because i took my computers three times in one week and every time he charged me 25$ just to look at my laptop and the manager received me with a very bad attitude. Micro computers is the best! Thank you!

i needed my computer fixed as soon as possible because I am a student with a paper due. They were very helpful and friendlyThey got my computer fixed fast and cheap.(and like I said I'm a student so that helped so much being on a fixd budget!) I will tell everyone about them and go back if I need anything in the future.

This place deserves a negative 5 stars. The guy in there is so evil. I guess he is the boss. He looks like a fake human. He smiles at you with this fake smile. I took my computer in there twice and I believe they ruined it so they could charge me alot of money to repair. The guy starts telling me that my computer is a bad computer and that my windows were no good. I own a HP Entertainment pc with vista. If HP heard the things he said about their product., they probably would never ever do buisness with him. Please quit hatin on HP. I hate Micro computers store. At least the one in Dearborn on Warren ave. If there are other Micro stores out ther. I am not talking about you yet. You are inocent until proven Guilty in which case The one on warren is TotaLLy GuIlTy. For every one that reads this. Do not shop there for they are extremely prejudice and mean.
