Incredible customer service! After spending days of frustration researching which freight companies would service our area in Hermosa SD, we finally found that Old Dominion Rapid City was the winner! This morning an empty trailer was dropped off pleasantly earlier than expected at our home and the level of care and customer service both reps gave us was above and beyond. He spent time with us figuring where the best location would be for the trailer, explaining all of the usable features of the trailer, parked the trailer perfectly on the first try, and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you for making this process easy! We are so happy to be working with ya'll and we will absolutely share our experience!
