        I didn't even need to have him come out and repair my heater. When I described the problem, he told me over the phone a couple of things to check first. And I was able, with his direction, to fix the problem. No service call needed. I'm sure that he saved me big bucks. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and definitely call him if I have a problem that I can't fix.
