The quality of the facility is great. It is clean and well maintained. The level of professionalism of the owner has deteriorated significantly over the last year. My child was not being taken to school or picked up on time as per parent/owner agreement. My child developed increased levels of anxiety and embarrassment due to arriving to class late, not being given ample time to eat breakfast because she was being dropped off late at school, the owner did not offer breakfast to my child while she was at daycare during the time she was supposed to have already been at school eating breakfast even though the owner PLANNED to take my daughter to school late. My child was having to wait in the office to be picked up late, unbeknownst to myself until notified by the school. I had received phone calls from the school concerned about my child's absence, she had been marked tardy and absent due to being dropped off late. They tend to enroll more children regardless of other children's schedules/hours not being accounted for, I was asked if I could take my child to school with me, even though our fees for the month were paid for, due to this issue. I do not recommend this daycare.
