Paw Prints & Fish Tails

I have been going here for over 10 years, and today especially, I cannot say enough GOOD about them for grooming my dog !! They took in my skanky dog due to a torn ligament in her leg, she was without TLC for MONTHS ! The love, tenderness, kindness and smiles they gave us, and how quickly they got her done since they knew I was on a time frame was phenomenal ! They were kind enough not to mention my attempt at cutting hair too ! I LOVE THEM !!!!! THANK YOU BOTH SO, SO MUCH !!!

Terrible experience. I took my pup to be groomed, when she asked how I'd like her cut I told the groomer specifically what I wanted. She seemed out of focus and rushing me out because I seem to have inturupted the conversation she was having. Came to pick my pup up and she SHAVED her! Uneven cut, looks like she was in a rush doing it. I also asked that she trim her nails and she left them unfiled and ridged. I had a great experience the first time I got her groomed but after this result. I will not be trusting Paw Prints and Fish Tails to do anything again. 10/10 would not recommend. Groomers obviously cannot pay attention to detail.

Anyone that purchases a dog from a pet store should know that these are reject dogs, usually puppy mill products, and either not the right color, conformation, etc. to be sold AKC or Registered, or are mixed breed from an oops, so they end up at a Pet Shop. Do your research before you purchase any dog!!!!!

i bought 2 black lab puppies from there june of 2014 800 dollars each two of the most retarted dogs i have ever owned

Gf got a husky from them and they did the shots and dewormed paper work right in front of her and claimed they just had it done. Then they tell us after we call in a mobile vet did it. So wouldn't the papers already be filled out if a vet did it. And the dog had no paper and charge her a grand for the dog that's worth 250 max. Been to two other vets having dog treated for worms and giardia parasites. One of the managers told gf that dog got it after we got it from drinking out of a water puddle and its winter.it frozen out. The pup never leave my sight. And been on bottled water since I got her. And they told her they can't do nothing no refund or discount for

I bought a baby sulcata tortoise from them on aug.29th for 150.00 when i purchased the turtle i noticed that her shell was was deformed but felt bad and decided to give it a chance. Either way my baby died a month and 10 days later. I called to see if they would replace it or something at that time she said that she would look into it and call me back. I never recieved a call back so three days later i called again and was informed that there was only a two week policy. I dont recall it being posted in the shop and think that they should inform customers at the time of purchase of their two week policy. Im very unsatisfied and will no longer be a customer of theirs!
