        Raul was great. He was prompt, he was quick, and he did a great job. Plus, he was very polite. The only issue I had with the whole experience was the fact Torch charged me $40 to haul off the old toilet. What am I going to do with it? Make it a flower pot, put it on the curb and watch the city not pick it up? I've had this done before and this is the first time I was charged for the haul off.
