Economy Computer Repair

Where do I begin.. I took computer into them to be repaired .. they instructed me that the computer needed to be wiped and put a new operating system on it. Ok so they did.. a few days later it crashed again I brought it back and they blamed it on the 2 small small programs I downloaded. They said they would load all my programs and to send them a list. I did and they asked me if I had a backup because they were having trouble finding the programs (in other words they are lazy) u told them I did but it was on an external drive that is my lifeline and u would attempt to put it on an external drive. When I explained I couldn't he logged on to my computer with Team viewer. He also couldn't move it, and said they needed the hard drive. I explained to them that ALL 10 years of my work was on it and if i brought it to them I would be staying with the drive as to it's importance to my businesses .. so I take the drive to them .. I am standing there and the lady behind the counter trips on a cord and my hard drive hits the ground. No I'm sorry.. Just a oops don't worry we will plug it back in . Long story short they take it yo a data recovery company and out of 1500 GB of data they recover 8GB.. yup 10 years GONE.. both my business in jeopardy of closing and I get an email from Matthew Webster saying we did out best you have to file a claim with my insurance. They are is refusing to give me the report for the damage and hides behind a partition when I come to retrieve the drive. He destroyed my life, my company's and the way I feed my family and he doesn't have the common courtesy to address me as man and own up the the irreversible damage is careless employee caused..just a sorry about your bad luck.. I have now retained an attorney we couldn't afford yo deal with his insurance company.. Do NOT trust this company.. they are shady and have no ownership for their behavior.. absolutely disgusted with them.
