Bedrock Quartz Countertops

I loved working with the employees at Bedrock Quartz. Their granite countertops are gorgeous! The entire process of replacing my old countertops was far easier than I thought it would be. Their employees were great to work with. From the very beginning they gave me a great timeline of things to expect. The process followed the timeline perfectly and I couldn't be happier with my granite.

We shopped around to find the best value and quality granite for our kitchen remodel. Bedrock Quartz had better prices than the big box stores, and had much better customer service than competitors. We were in a rush to get the countertops installed in time for a family reunion party, and they were able to work with us and get the installation completed by the deadline. The installers were courteous and made sure our countertops were level and that we were satisfied before leaving. We love the look of our kitchen with Bedrock Quartz granite installed and would recommend them to our friends and family.

VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE !!!!



We had a very disappointing experience with Bedrock Quartz. Their salesman gave us a commitment date he knew wasn't possible. After not keeping their commitment we contacted them only for him to tell us they sold a "larger, more important" job that "took priority". I asked him why he would set a false expectation he knew they wouldn't be able to keep, when he knew the schedule was the reason why we chose to use them. He then said he didn't set the wrong expectation but that in fact my wife must be lying to me about the timeframe he commited. I called the office and asked for the Owner, I was passed off to Daren who represented himself as the General Manager. Daren was polite and wasn't aggressive and dishonest like his salesman, but like his salesman, Daren told me that it was to bad but that they infact did sale a larger, "more important" job and there was "nothing they could do to even come close to meeting their commitment"

To my mistake, I told him I understand and wasn't impressed but that I would just wait for them to come when they felt they could get around to it. When they did show up, they installed the incorrect granite. While the granite was supposed to be white, they installed a brown granite that is a compleetly different style. I contacted him about my concern only to be told, "thats just how it is, granite usually doesn't look like the samples we show customers" Now I have to ask myself, who with any integrity would show samples telling the customer "this is what your granite will look like" knowing it will be nothing of the sort?

To their credit, their installer that finally showed up to install our countertop (long after Christmas dinner had come and gone), actually did a decent job, even if it is Brown instead of white and doesn't go with the room... I made the mistake of chosing to work with Bedrock Quartz, hopefully you won't do the same… I couldn't pay them fast enough, their reasoning and justification was sucking the life out of me… I've had contractors slip up or not keep a commitment in the past but at least I felt they were making an effort, bedrock Quartz made absolutely no effort to correct their errors…

Spent over $4,000 on marble counters they installed a top with a small hole and scratches and forgot a piece. Terrible customer service took them over a week to get back to us to fix scratches and small hole. Terrible customer service, very poorly run businesses, lots of miscommunication and mix up WOULD NOT USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND !
