        Great company to rent from. Never had any issues at all and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

        This company will find a way to steal your money in late fees and they don't return phone calls, nor do they provide accurate information. I would recommend finding a more ethical company.

        This company is absolutely horrible and unethical. The home was filthy when we moved in. The carpet, walls, kitchen and hardwood floors were disgusting. They clearly did not clean the home or do a walk through. We had to deep clean for several days. Just moved out, left the home in 100% better condition than when we moved in. They found a way to keep some of our deposit. Funny how anything positive about them is from an owner not a renter. Rules and contracts protect them not renters. If you are a good, honest renter...... find another company. They will find a way to keep (steal) your money.
