        ABOUT OUR COMPANY Private Eye Investigations, INC., specializes in all areas of investigations. We have over 30 years combined experience with a background in Criminal Justice. Our mission is to provide superior investigative services and produce compelling results. Jennifer Owles is a California licensed Private Investigator. She holds a Degree in Criminal Justice and Police Science with a certificate in Victimology and Forensic Investigations. In 2007 Jennifer was named Partner with Private Eye Investigations and in 2009 formed a satellite branch in the state of California. While working in the state of Arizona, Jennifer received a certification from the NRA and instructed CCW classes. Utilizing her expertise in locating, Jennifer perused a certification as a Guardian Ad lItem to access sealed adoption records. Jennifer has built a strong rapport working with Prosecutors and Attorneys in the following states; California, Nevada and Arizona. Joseph "Joe" Abbed has over 15 years’ experience in surveillance and locating. Joe is Vice President of Surveillance and Training coordinator at PEI. He has conducted over 1,200 Workers’ Compensation investigations, with a particular emphasis of claims involving fraud. Joe previously served as Manager of Investigations and Managing Partner for two national investigation firms. His extensive knowledge in the field has proven him a valuable asset to PEI.

        I would like to thank Jennifer and her staff at PEI for doing an outstanding job with my case. Jennifer was compassionate and understanding with every question and concern I threw at her.
