Pender Dental Care

When my previous dentist stopped participating with my insurance company, my daughter recommended DrJennifer Kim. Dr Kim and her entire staff are professional in every way. I really appreciate the time and effort Pended Dental Care takes in making sure that I am comfortable and informed while under their care.I have been completely satisfied with every procedure I have had as well as with Dr Kim's recommendation of an Oral Surgeon.

i'd say there are hundreds of better dentist in this area. This one scammed me for $500 for just scaling my teeth. They also tried to sign me up for an appointment to fill cavity for $150that didn't exist. I went to three other doctors for different opinions and all of them charged around $200 for scaling. I also had them check my teeth and get them x rayed but no cavities existed, This is a bad bad business looking for profits instead of excellent care and customer service. I would definitely not recommend this place and have previous patients get another opinion before sticking with this place. The receptionist is deceptive as she tries to be very nice but charges you huge fees. Choose another dentist!

I went in to Pender Dental Care since the office was conveniently located right at the same shopping center as the new Harris Teeter store on Hywy 50. From the front desk to the people in the back, everyone was top notch, friendly and personal. Dr. Kim was very personable and professional. She went over the x-ray findings on my monitor so I could see and understand what I needed. Since there was one cavity I was having sensitivity on , she offered to take care of it on the same visit. I have to tell you. She gave the best shot I ever had. I didn't even know she did it when she did it. She just had this way of very calm and pleasant way around me, I felt so relaxed sitting in the chair. When everything was done, I even got the goody bag with toothbrush and toothpaste and roll of floss. Office was really nice and modern. Definitely telling everyone about the office and Dr. Kim!!
