i was looking for a new used car. matt was great. he looked at the car himself. his bays were full, he got down on the ground and looked at the under body. we did a good/quick test drive. he gave me great advice on what to say to the seller. the vehicle wasn't worth the money. he knows his stuff. he fit me into his busy day. also, did it real quickly. i was 15 mins. away from him w/the seller. he helped me out a TON. i asked him about other vehicles via the phone and he gave me good advice. please c him for great service, expertise, and a very fair price. i will be going to matt's for future vehicle needs. Very poor customer service! You are better off spending your hard earned dollars at a professional and customer driven establishment. Stay far away!

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! I have taken BOTH my Mercury Mountaineer and my Ford Windstar to Matt. both have been there SEVERAL times to be fixed. Mountaineer - The rear end needed to be fixed - The first time I took it in the "fix" lasted 6 months and I had to take it back AGAIN! The second time it was fixed the "fix" only lasted 4 months. NOW IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED AGAIN!! Free repair or not I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BACK TO MATT!

Now for the FORD WINDSTAR - My fuel pump blew, I took it to Matt trying to give him another shot. I was charged for the fuel pump, fuel filter, and labor, charged OVER $700.00. When I picked up the van after I was told it was done as soon as I started it up it was sputtering and continued to do so the entire way home. The next day I took it to another garage and found out they NEVER CHANGED THE FUEL FILTER. BEWARE OF SHADY WORK!!!!!!!

Went to matt for a lot of major repairs for a car that me and my wife just bought.He was supposed to look it over thoroughly. $700 in repairs and failed to find something I caught, just at a glance, that is another major repair. We spent 700 on repairs and are now out of money to get the repair done. When I called matt, He said he checked it over and ir must be an optical illusion! Will not ever take my car back here even if he offers to fix it for free!
