        First, I would say give him a call even if you think you have a great rate and policy. Jeff listened to what I wanted and within 15 minutes had found the perfect policy. It was the exact same coverage plus a few more things like rental car reimbursement and roadside assistance. The best part was paying ~$45 less a month. It was a very positive experience compared to shopping the internet on my own and getting so many phone calls and emails from different agents and carriers.
