Fitness Connection

This is the worst run business I have ever encountered. I called regarding my account getting charged money and I needed to know why and where it came from. I was told that no one was in that could handle it but they would call someone and give me a call back in 15 minutes. I did not hear from them until the next day. Then Brad, the gym manager who refused to give me his last name, and Molique, the fitness manager, had no sympathy for charging me $150+ for personal training I never received or wanted. They refused to refund me my money, they stated that I canceled my personal training on May twenty-something and they have a 30 day notice plan causing me to get billed in June. My email of cancellation confirmation is dated April 29 and I paid two payments, for training I received, in May. The fishiest part about this whole scam is that they claim I should have been billed in June but it didn't come out until July! When I attempted to contact corporate they hung up on me.

Worst management and facility policies I have ever been to. The Sparks location. Rude, run around and the worst cancellation process ever. Save the stress and never join, not worth the money. And Their practices probably should be reported better business bureau.

Do NOT take your children to the Kids Club inside the Sparks Fitness Connection. The teenage girls that are supposed to be "watching" your child are too busy talking to each other to watch the kids. I'm highly dissatisfied with the quality of care. My child got injured at the Kids Club and they just sat there and did nothing. I asked them why they didn't call me and they had no response. There are too many kids being watched by immature little girls who don't care about the well being of the children. You're better off leaving them with family. Which I will be doing from now on.

I started going about two months, ant they really show interest on what you want to accomplish... The staff and the trainers give a great atmosphere and are friendly ...

These people are rip offs from the very rude people at the front desk to the corporate who actually expect you to send a certified letter to cancel your "no contract" BS!

DO NOT GO they are rude and DO NOT give you the right information when asking questions, then if you get upset because they are taking your money they threaten to call the police on you. BUT they do not offer to fix the problem also MARIA ( the only one who works there) her words--- will be as rude as possable to you and just put you on hold instead of tring to fix the problem. HIGHLY recommend NOT using this gym . showers are dirty and no safty matts for the gym floor from the water.

The Manager at Golds Valene has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. The pool hours are not accurate for swimming laps. Kids in the pool getting lessons during peak hours (3:30 to 5:00) then the pool closes at six for aquacize classes. Very inconvenient for people that want to swim laps. The people at the front desk are rude and the sales people wont even acknowledge you when you have a question. The audio on the cardio machines doesn't work most of the time.

They need a serious lesson in customer service. Go to Eagle fitness down the street. Less expensive and better service.

I especially like the classes. Great instructors.
