I had my laminated floors put in January 2018 and they are beautiful. I worked with Joe Girgis and he answered my questions plus let me take samples of the laminated floors home. Most of all he was very patient with me because I was back and forth with his company and other companies comparing prices. The crew that put the flooring in did a wonderful job and cleanup. Inspired Floors, you get a 10+ from me.

I rarely write reviews but the professionalism of Inspired Floors deserves special mention. We recently had our house built in the Sorrento sub-division in Sienna Plantation, however due to some unforeseen events we decided to replace the upstairs carpet with wood matching our first floor.



Abraham and his team did an amazing job of finding a matching substitute. They patiently explained to us what it would take to get the project done. They estimated the project would take four days, which in my view was aggressive, they completed the task in three days! The team on the ground not only did outstanding work, they left the areas in which they worked showroom clean.



Not only will I work with Abraham and his team on all future projects, I will only recommend Inspired Floors to my friends and family.

What great experience! Inspired Floors & Joe Girgis did a PHENOMENAL job! We contacted them after doing much research through Angie's list where they had already received an abundance of praising reviews. Joe came out for a free estimate and emailed us quotes a few days later. My wife was was shopping around in the meantime and had a couple of other companies come out to measure and leave estimates...after reviewing all the bids together and discussing it with my wife, we decided to go with Inspired Floors. We found his prices to be very fair for high quality product flooring, and fortunately for us the other companies were not able to match the prices that Joe bid for us. We both agreed to go with Inspired Floors, and I'm truly glad we did.... I have been doing much renovation to my property, so I have been dealing with many contractors and estimates and Inspired Floors was the easiest most painless and pleasant sales process I have ever been involved in...for that alone I cannot express enough appreciation and thanks! We have a 3 story house and a detached garage apartment, and got wood floors installed on the first and third floor (three rooms and three closets plus hallway) and got the second floor installed with new carpet, we also redid the entire garage apartment in laminate wood. After we made our final decision, my wife came to me with new suggestions in mid-process, I told her I thought it would interrupt the current installation and that it may cost more than we had allotted, but that we could talk it over with Joe and see our options. Joe was very helpful and still able to work within our budget so we also ended up installing new wooden stairs. It was so much work and they had to move a lot of heavy furniture for me, but amazingly they were done within the time frame of what they had promised me (even after the mid-install changes). I didn't know what to expect but everything looked exactly like my wife wanted it to, I'm really happy with the results. I could not have hoped for a better outcome...anyone who has done a home renovation restoration will know exactly what I'm talking about I also trusted them enough to just leave them in the house by themselves for one of the days (I had to work). In the end I was also happy that the price did not exceed the estimate :) (which had happened with other company's that we were working with at the time). I really recommend them to anyone if you want the job done right! I also really liked that I could speak English to the installers (and I'm NOT an English native speaker myself) so that I could always address concerns and questions during installation. From my experience this is hard to find nowadays. I would highly recommend Joe and Inspired Floors to anyone with a flooring or home project!

When I decided to change my carpet to hardwood floor, over a period of three months of getting measurement and quotes from eight different flooring companies, I found this flooring company to be simply the best in terms of everything. During the time I was getting quotes, I did my homework too to research the kind of hardwood floors that would suites my and my wife’s tastes. I have a solid work background for many years in researching products, and I know how to get my information from the right sources. Based on my research, I did not ONLY find that this company’s presentation of products’ features is precisely consistent with manufacturers specifications, but ALSO its installation process is a true adherence to manufacturers installation recommendations and known technical floors installation standards.



Even after my research, I still asked for six references just to make sure that I was spending my money in the right place and getting what I was precisely looking for. Every reference assured me that I was in the right place to get the best price, the right material, and the precise installation that I needed. Every reference I talked to had strongly recommended this company. Make sure to ask for as MANY REFERENCES as you wish, and you will know what I am talking about.



The installation crew was polite, organized, considerate, and gently carful in handling my belongings. They did not only move my furniture with great care, put also put it back in with felt pads under the legs of table, couches, chairs, and beds. They cleaned after they finished that the house did not even seem to have just been floor-remodeled. Their experience shows in their in their work!!

Inspired Floors did an awesome job! My wife and I had the best experience with Joe (sales manager) and our installer Pete. We just moved to the area and they were highly recommend by co-workers (including my new boss) so I had to use them. Lol.



I just had our living room, dining room and master bedroom redone. We used a hand-scraped hardwood flooring and it is beautiful. Joe helped us pick out a floor within our budget, and even had sample boards for us to take home to choose the right color. He also made valuable suggestions which only enhanced the finished look.



Now as far as the installers that they sent; Pete and his crew, are the neatest and most skilled workers we have had in our home. Our home is 10 years old and we had a problem with one side of our living room floor. Pete made suggestions and gave us several alternatives and recommendations as to what we needed to do the repairs. They repaired our floors and then completed the installation.



We just love the floor and we have received so many compliments on it. My sister just came down from Dallas and wanted my floor installed in her home, and then I had to give her the bad news... "they are not located in that area." So she now wants to find someone who can do this type of quality work in her area... I told her 'good luck.' Lol

My wife and I wanted hardwood flooring in our Missouri City TX home. We went to Efloors, which is now rebranded to Inspired Floors. The owner Joe was manipulative from the beginning. The typical salesman. He should probably sell used cars. He sold us a lemon I can tell you that! We had Joe come to our house were we explained that we wanted hard wood laminate floors because our kids and animals made too may messes for carpet. Joe sold us on a flooring that he said would be perfect for our needs. The floors he installed were no name generic branded floors made in Hong Kong. The installers took me aside and said that we can't ever let water touch this floor. What?? He took a piece of scrap wood and dropped a drop of water in the center of it. He said that the water could stay there for weeks with no problem, but.... then the took two boards and put them together and did the experiment again. This time he dropped a single drop of water the size of a pea onto the seam where the two boards came together. In less than one minute the veneer began to blister and I knew we had a problem. I asked Joe to explain and he said that the boards wouldn't blister that the guy was wrong. After the floors were installed they did blister. ALOT! Joe refused to make it right. Do not use this company if you are buying laminate flooring in Sugar Land Tx or Missouri City Tx

My husband and I just moved into our first home and we needed new flooring. The previous owner had all of the carpet cleaned before we moved in, but the carpet was 16 years old and my husband and I wanted laminate wood flooring in our living room and new carpet in our bedroom. My mother-in-law was referred to E-Floors by her realtor, so we decided to use them too. Abraham at E-Floors was wonderful! He was very helpful while we were looking through different carpet and laminate wood selections at their showroom. He is very knowledgeable about the different products that they carry and helped us make a great selection. Anytime we had a question or concern, we could call Abraham and he would help us. The laminate flooring that we selected was on back-order, but Abraham was able to push through our order so we could get the floors installed on-time. The crew was prompt, courteous, hard-working, and did an excellent job installing our carpet and laminate wood flooring. We had a few of our neighbors stop by while we were getting our floors installed and they were impressed with what they saw. I would highly recommend E-Floors to anyone!
