        Man from world wide fence company tried to install a fence on weekend without permit and proper process through the city. Cunducted business without proper survey to verify if drilling on correct propery. Drilled post hole next to a gas line without calling for professionals to verify where line was. Brings questions about how well they should be trusted and conduct business.
