Overall

We had some terrible service when we went here. I normally like P.F. Chang's, but the place was empty and it took forever. After getting our order wrong for the third time we finally just ate what was there. Lol.

Beautiful Restaurant

Otherwise the service is luke warm to inadequate, the food is good looking but favorless and the prices are high for the amount and quality of the food you receive. I could not wait for PF Chang's to open in our town and boy was I very dissappointed. We have tried the place at least 4 times and it has always been the same. The service is always looking to get to the next table forgetting to focus on the one they have engaged already. A couple of visits have had us wait for 20-30 minutes, it is an apparantly poplular place, but I have to wonder what the attraction is other than the beauty of the restaurant itself. It certainly can't be for the food, if it is, then my fellow Marinites know-not Chinese food. Even the Mill Valley Jennie Lowes would blow the doors off this place as far as tastiness of dishes.
