ECO Roof and Solar

Eco Roof and Solar, Inc., is completing an extensive re-roofing project at our gated community in Denver -- 50 buildings, containing 190 townhomes. They've done a first-class job! Their trained crews used top-quality roofing materials, and displayed careful workmanship. Our shingled roofs are pitched; there are potentially serious safety issues. They provided safety supervisors, always on-site. Re-roofing is inherently dirty and noisy. But Eco meticulously cleaned our grounds, roads, patios, at the end of each workday. Eco qualified this project for a special warranty from the materials manufacturer; Eco issued is own workmanship warranty. Mr. Shawn Standifer, project manager, negotiated as our advocate with our insurer (hail damage), with our Board's oversight. He efficiently and professionally guided this project to conclusion. Our 300 residents are quite pleased.
