I would highly recommend you not give them your business. Took my car in to be painted, 8 days later I picked up my car when it was dark (December). The next day I notice blotching areas, bubbles, scratches on my mirrors and other areas of the car. I brought my car back to them the day after picking it up and was told they'd fix the issues and I'd have to bring it back after 30 days since paint had to dry/settle...whatever. I arranged to have an employee meet me with rental car at 7:30AM since I had to be at work; I was the only person there until 8AM and they decide to point the finger at me about lack of understanding. So, I came back on my lunch and dropped off my car. Less than 2 days later I get an EMAIL stating my car was ready. I go to pick it up and there is a rough/unpolished area on the trunk, more areas of paint on the trim, scratches remained on the mirrors and window trim, AND now the door to my gas tank was not closing as it had, almost like a misalignment. Chad, the manager began arguing with me about the fact that the part on the trunk was there (yeah, definitely not, I have pictures and videos) and they wouldn't fix the gas door. I've called corporate and they have been anything but helpful. Honestly, this business does not seem to stand by their work and has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not give them your business, if you do you might be in my situation or have to make multiple attempts to the business and risk them damaging your car.
