Lucas Lawn & Yard Care

Did not do a complete job, had to come back. Paid over $350.00 to have weeds pulled, weed killer sprayed and pre-emergence sprayed. I have weeds everywhere still. In fact my backyard has more and bigger weeds than I had before they came. They even sent me a late payment bill before they even finished the job.

Very disappointed. I agree with the comment at the bottom. They do a good job until they get you to sign a contract. Then there are days it doesn't even look like they came and did anything, yet you still receive a bill from them. Very frustrating and expensive to let them do your yard. The things that make it really sad is there is a "supervisor" who oversee the quality of their work. If they are striving for poor quality - then they have achieved it. I regret using them.

Bad quality. Bad communication. Bad service. I am very disappointed in a company that has been around for so long. Their prices are outrageous and it left the branches still stuck on the tree. We agreed to do the front yard, but the tree was the only thing that was done for such a small tree it cost us $50. We thought that was the price for the entire front yard. Since the deal was not clear, we called the company back wondering why a tiny tree was the only thing done. The owner blamed the responsibility on us (as a customer), saying it was a deal with his workers and not him directly, but I thought the workers were supposed to be part of the company, which he own (so the worker represent the company). We wanted to see their quality first before signing a contract, but his worker basically said that the service would be better if a contract was signed. Since they assumed it was a one-time service. Considering everything that happen, I would highly recommend you to STAY away from such a business that provides horrible service as well as undeniably over the top process especially for a small tree.

Always on time, never had a problem with them, and best of all they speak English. Ryan is always willing to call back and answer questions and address concerns. The crew quickly does their job and half the time by the time I know they are out here they are already done. I highly recommend Lucas Lawn, after using several different service providers in the past.

They do a great job the first time to get you hooked. After that they basicly blow, mow and go. They avoided parts of our yard and would not clean them. They blew the debris under bushes and would not clean the bushes out when asked. I got billed for times that they did not show up. Lucas does not know about true customer service.
