Update June 18, 2014:



I called again to try to get an explanation for why I was never contacted and why the service was never completed in a whole MONTH. The office manager said that there was nothing they could do for me.



Stay FAR FAR away from this company. They do not respect the customers whatsoever. I also asked to speak to the owner of the company and the office manager said that there's no guarantee that he will call me back. Again, deplorable.



June 17 2014: There is only one word I can use to describe the service I received from Chemway and that is TERRIBLE. I called on May 21st to have Chemway come and spray my yard for weeds since I am selling my home. I had just had someone come and do an estimate the previous Friday and that same day I had someone come and cut the weeds so that they would be ready for the service. The woman who I spoke to on the phone said that someone would be out to do the service within the next 5 days. Today, I had someone go to the home to check on the yard maintenance and they informed me that the weeds were never serviced and that they are now 2 ft tall. I called Chemway and they had absolutely no explanation why 4 days short of a month later, the service hasn't been completed. My realtor tries to recommend local businesses who do good work, but I'll have to let her know as well that they are absolutely terrible.
