I had my share of coaches through out the years of doing different sports, good and bad, but today I finally realized what made Flaviu Moldovan different from the rest of them (Flaviu posted today a video of a fight and said "remember this?" - yes, I remember, you told us exactly how it will play out in a situation like this not so long ago!!). He is not just teaching you a technique, he explains a psychology behind it, how your opponent will react, what he/she thinks , what kind of effect it will trigger, what to expect and how to react in this or that situation. He also makes you think to understand why it works or not, and not just blindly follow instructions, so you know this truly works and you not going to end up hurting yourself. He will push you to your limits but not to the point that you can not handle. So, yes, if you want to learn self-defense in a safe environment and the right way or get in better shape, this is a place to be. I have been going to this gym for a year and a half now.
