We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

        I am more than pleased with my experience at Pearle Vision Longmont. Dr. Osmussen was very knowledgeable, professional and well equipped to provide me with a very thorough eye exam and answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was neat, clean and tidy. In addition, a generous discount is offered to senior citizens. Whenever I need glasses, contacts or check ups in the future, I will definitely return to Pearle Vision Longmont. I highly recommend them.
