Smyrna Cleaners

This place is sorry. I wore a brand new pair of linen pants to my wedding rehearsal dinner and took them to Smyrna Cleaners to have them pressed and I get them back with bleach all over them. The owner said he wasn't responsible and he would not replace them. This all happened within a month (30 days). The owner, said it was over a month, it was 27 days, he says thats over a month, he is a liar, I have done business there for 12 years. Kim offered to refund my cleaning bill was all. He is a liar and shouldn't be in business. He doesn't belong in Smyrna. He is sorry. I would rather go to the river with a wash board than sat foot back in his store. I checked with several friends in the aftermath of my event and learned he has damaged other peoples clothing as well and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Hopefully he goes out of business soon. Makes me sick to know he damaged my pants I wore on a special day and then called me a lair. Poor business ethics. Liar Liar Liar!

Super great service & the clothes are ready at a convenient time and price. My stains are gone by the time I pick it up. Will be coming back again!

They're very helpful when it comes to clothing and i come here a lot to launder my clothes. I strongly reccomend them!

Never take your clothes here. They charge you for dry cleaning, but launder them instead. They ruined three sweaters and I am taking them to small claims court. Beware! I am only giving them one star b/c that is the lowest thing on here.

Mr. Kim and staff do an excellent job and are very dependable.
