The Cleaning Authority - Greensboro

I have never had a house cleaner before and was very excited for this "luxury" to begin. This company made it nothing but a headache and hassle and I regret ever wasting the time and money. I loved their proposed methods at first.. green, detailed cleaning, but unfortunately that is not what I received. I paid extra money for the first two deep cleans and the second visit we had medication stolen from our bathroom. Although there was disciplinary action taken, when I agreed to schedule to give them one more try the owner was planning to send one member of the team that stole from us! No consistency with staff and very unprofessional practices. I hope that you find better luck with another cleaner that respects your time and personal property.
