First i want to apologize to Cody, Randy, and Brett for posting this review up so late. I drove off the lot 7/21/16 and never looked back lol. But i want to thank these fine gentlemen for helping with my purchase. I'm a first time buyer and these 3 gentlemen were very helpful and made sure I drove out yhe lot with my new truck. I appreciate your help and advice. I will most definitely be returning for my next purchase as well as have recommended friends to Chastang. Thanks again fellas!

Cody at Chastang Ford was incredibly professional and helpful. He was not chasing after you putting you in the nearest car. Cody was not pushy with anything and worked with my schedule. Our first experience with Chastang Ford was during an ASA meeting. We met a parts sales representative named John Azucena. He is very friendly and motivated rep, that we decided to give Chastang a try. We are so happy we gave them a try. John is our go to guy when we have questions and need information on ford parts. He is polite and has great knowledge on his field. Chastang has great customer service and we recommend any one to give them a try. You will not regret it! They are great people!

I was working in Stillwater Oklahoma, but I live in Louisiana. I needed a new F-250 and since my commute back home was nearly 1000 miles, I decided to get prices from Tulsa to Oklahoma City, Dallas to Houston, Lake Charles to Baton Rouge.... Needless to say, I had quite a few quotes come back and the best deal I found was at Chastang Ford in Houston. I was contacted by David Ross, via email as requested, and he worked with me and did what I asked, going as far as doing a thorough body walk around and taking pictures of the engine bay since I was not going to be able to view it in person being in Oklahoma... Always polite and very professional, I highly recommend him as an individual and a sales consultant. Since I was still in Stillwater at the time of purchase, I had to do all my paperwork over the internet and through the mail, but these were obstacles that were easily overcome by the staff at Chastang. A smoother transaction, I've never had any... I was not pressured by David one bit and when I asked a question, I received a straight and prompt answer... When my wife finally got to bring me my truck, it was as described and in great mechanical condition as promised! Finding a dealership that you can trust can be nearly impossible, but I know that my consultant, David Ross, has the integrity that all pre-owned vehicle seekers desire.

I have purchased parts on several occasions from Vance at Chastang Ford for Atlas Tire and Truck Center in Channelview Tx, always easy to talk to, Vance is very knowledgeable on most Ford products, if he does not have the answer , he provides it quickly or will provide where to obtain it.

I have purchased several trucks for a municipal government. The last 3 were from Ed Miller at Chastang Ford, & the 4th is on the way. These have been by far the easiest, quickest, and least painful of all my purchases. There were no surprises, and the service was the best I've ever had from a dealership. Thanks Ed !
