        Initial Contact

        Friendly greeting, understood my requests, very clear about what he would do and how long it would take. Identified and is correcting a longstanding problem with my stick shift. Let one of his workers drive me home. The young man was polite, courteous, and even waited for me to get safely into the house before he left.



        I will come back and write another review when the jobs are.done. If it turns out well, I finally have my new car shop!
