If you get a DIU don't use this attorney. He will tell you that he can get your DIU reduced to a reckless driiving. You don't need an attorney for this. You can do this on your own by going to the first court hearing and a public defender can help you do this free of charge. Also you can get your a hardship license on your own by going to the driver license office located on Flagler Street inside Mall of the Americas and request a hearing. It will cost you $200 and you will need to attend DUI school. This will allow you to still work while you await a court hearing. Don't pay $2000 to this attorney when you can do all of this on your own. Don't be afraid it will be okay. Do your research and get a second opinion, if you really want a lawyer to represent you in case you cause a car accident while driving under the influence. This guy is not a DUI expert at all. He just wants to take your money.
