I have had three projects completed by Toles & Toles Remodeling & Additions over the last year. First project: renovation of both bathrooms. Such a beautiful transformation! Second project: new floor tile in family room, kitchen, laundry and mud rooms. As well as replacement of all interior doors, to include the patio door. What a difference this renovation made to the overall look of my home! The third and last project; a complete kitchen. Wow, simply awesome!! This is the project I am most proud of. After struggling to figure out who to call for remodeling work, I am very glad that I remembered seeing a Toles Romedeling truck leaving my neighborhood awhile back. Mr. Toles came out and provided a fair accurate estimate on the same day I first contacted Toles. They were able to start the job the next day and finished a two bath remodel and a living room paint job in less than three days. Mr. Toles was extremely professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. The Toles sub-contractors all were very good at their respective specialities and seemed to take pride in doing good work. Well I've had my bathroom done a couple of months ago and I must say that I check out every remodeling companies pictures and reviews, and I decided to go with Toles Remodeling. I enjoyed working with them from the time I got my estimated done until the job was done, which by the way only took about 3 days and they were on time everyday. My bathroom is so beautiful and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a job done timely and professionally.

We have used Mr. Toles now for 3 major projects over the last 3 years. With each project he has exceeded expectations. The job site is cleaned daily and all 3 projects ran ahead of schedule. Toles Remodeling completed a master bathroom remodeling for my husband and me. Their professionalism and knowledge of the market trends were just what we needed. They helped me select the perfect paint colors, tiles, vanity counter tops, and shower door for the master bathroom. The master bathroom is now our spa-type sanctuary. The mood is clean and crisp, yet relaxing. They also repainted our kitchen cabinets. The white cabinets make the kitchen pop with brightness and the gray walls add a subtle elegance. The foyer and living room paint color that Toles Remodeling help me select add an elegant entryway where before the entryway was a bit dark for my taste. This is the second time they've completed work for us and it won't be the last.

I hired Mr. Norris Toles, President of Toles Remodeling and Addition, to build an addition to my house. Before construction began, Mr. Toles thoroughly explained each page of the plans to include showing me the exact measurements of the addition, as noted in the plans, to ensure I knew exactly what the finish structure would look like. If there was something I wanted changed, he made suggestions and showed me how it would look, and if I agreed adjustments were made.



During the construction process, Mr. Toles demonstrated professionalism, total competence of his trade and dependability. He kept me informed of each phase of the construction process and the things I needed to do to aid in completing the project. I am very satisfied with the results and have been told many times that the addition blends in so well with the house, it doesn't appear that an addition was ever done.

We hired Toles Remodeling to replace an existing screen room with a sunroom & the results were well beyond our expectations. In my opinion, the process is just as important as the finished product. Contractors can produce a great product but if the process leaves a negative impression, I never use that company again; however, when I find quality I stick with it. The entire process was executed very professionally. We were informed on every step of the process & the only surprises were POSITIVES we had not expected. I do not mind paying for major projects as long as I believe I get what I am paying for. With Toles Remodeling, I have gotten what I have paid for and then some. Our screen room is well beyond what I had expected and looks amazing. It is great to see that there are still small companies who take pride in their work and are not in a hurry to make a buck.
