I reserved the 30 seater Hummer Killer stretch limo for my 10 year vow renewal ceremony. Two days before i called to confirm that everything was ok, and some lady called Anna said yes, everything was fine. Less than an hour later the manager left me a voicemail saying all of a sudden the limo was no longer available and they would be upgrading me to a 50 seater party bus WHICH I DID NOT WANT and it didn't even fit 50. Was most certainly not an upgrade. I called on the hour every hour all day Thursday and Friday and no-one ever answered and both voicemail boxes were full. The bus was decent inside but outside looked like a commercial bus. Ugly. I was very disappointed. They conned us because I'm pretty sure they rented out the car I had booked, probably got a higher price. I will be writing reviews on every wedding website and report them to the BBB.

becareful when using amex limo services they show u a bus which u think u might be getting than at the time of the usage of the bus they send another bus which has little similarities to the bus they show you upon signing the contract. which in any event they will send another bus from any company for less money than u paid them which have few similarities.and will show u a contact u sign stating you agree to the terms that in any event they can send u another bus in case they bus breaks down which is a lie bc they just overbook which they dont give u no knowledge of the contract until u complain about the bus they now provided for you. so my advice is to read your contract and upon signing your contract make certain that they write and initial that the bus they show u with the bus serial number is the bus you will be getting on the day of your event or if not your money back. you must have that in writing on the front of your bill.
