Mea's Taxi LLC

Called to get a ride, was told that the area in was being picked up was close by and that I should walk. My husband is disabled and can't walk that far that's why we called for a taxi. I will never call this company again. Very disrespectful

I went to Big Island to visit my gf's cousins and used them to take us around. It was a very pleasant experience and the next time I go back I will definitely use Mea's again.

Only used Mea's Taxi service once, and it was unfortunately way unsatisfactory. Intentionally called for their services to the airport that day around 7:00 in the morning for a 9:00 ride. Got a call at 9:00 that the taxi was 10 minutes away. I waited until 9:21 before them back only to be informed by the phone operator that the driver circled the area a couple of times, didn't see me, and just left. Not only was I standing outside by the street with my luggage the entire time, no one failed to contact me about the matter. To make matters worse, because all the taxi's were out, I couldn't get a ride. Instead, I was hung up on with practically no apology or remorse. I ended up missing my flight.
