        I find it hard to believe anyone would have bad things to say about this practice. I have taken my children to the doctors here for 17 years and have never had a bad experience. All staff are friendly and helpful!

        McKinney Pediatrics should be the model for all customer oriented practices and has been my family's choice for over 11 years. Although the practice has grown, the quality, variety and efficiency of their services continues to improve. My kids LIKE Dr. Dan but more importantly they TRUST him because he offers them explanations in terms they understand. We have found that All of the providers take time for these explanations. The staff (front office and nursing) also deserves high marks for efficiency and thoroughness. Accurate and timely implementation of the treatment plan is essential for success and they GET IT DONE without repeat phone calls and reminders. The business office has ensured that our service has never been delayed or compromised by insurance company mishaps that happen so frequently. The on-site pharmacy provides another option for parents. McKinney Peds has met our needs while giving my kids a "healthy" attitude for addressing their future healthcare.

        What a great practice

        I HIGHLY recommend this practice!. My daughter is 7 years old and has seen Dr. Vernier since the day she was born. She was diagnosed by Dr. Vernier with a heart condition when she was 2 months old. He was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He was extremely informative, so calm and reassuring. He explained things to us on our level and was extremely thorough. I could go on and on about all of the wonderful things he's done for us that were well beyond what any other physician would have done. We've seen other physicians in the office when Dr. Venier has been out. I have never been disappointed - they've all been great. Everyone from the physicians to the office staff is EXTREMELY professional and very well educated. I've never felt like just another number. I've always been treated with respect and always been given first class treatment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician - they're fantastic!!!
