Ed Rike Plumbing Heating & Air

Justin/Jason came out from Ed Rike plumbing to replace a water heater. it was late on Sat. so he said he would check to see if they had one in stock and call us the next morning between 8-8:30 a.m. He never called. An hour after the scheduler called to see if he was there, I said no. she called back later in the day to say they would be here the next day at 2 or later. He called at 2:30 and wanted to stop by to remeasure our old tank. they did not have one in stock and they gave us the impression that it was going to be installed today. The first technician was on call for the weekend apparently "on call" means if I feel like it to the technicians.

My rating for this company would be zero stars if this web page would allow it.

I called this company to have estimate done for small bathroom project. Tech (Mike) came out right away & said he'd have the estimate mailed within a week. Two weeks later, I had to call this company for the estimate, which Mike left in our mailbox (and by the way is illegal). Estimate was obviously over-priced (almost $4K for a < $2K job) & I left him two voicemails to call me & discuss. Never heard from him or the company again.

If you don't want the job, or if you're not taking on any new work when a potential customer contacts you, at least have the common decency to tell me up front. Don't come to my house, waste my time, & then patronize me with an obvious BS estimate! Ed Rike Plumbing has lost any future business from me.

They did much damage to my home and left me with an outrageous bill. see why I've rated them so low - just do a yahoo (not Google) search on "Ed Rike Plumbing" to read how they "ripped me off".
