I'm a do-it-your self type mechanic, and for those services outside my skill set, I start with Glotfelty's or a garage they have recommended. I am very please with the service here. I had pre-trip inspection done here before my trip to Atlanta GA, and the mechanic notice excessive play in both front bearings. Since, my vehicle was under warranty with dealer, I it took in for repair. This could have turned into a very bad road trip had he not discovered this. Those who think this is a full service garage need to pay closer attention to the services offered. These guys are very good for the services they provide. For the other repair services, they have given me sound recommendations to other garages for other type repairs, and have been very pleased.

I took my car to have an alignment and told them there was a noise in the front end. They said struts and springs needed replaced. They replaced the rear springs and struts but apparently didn't check the front - because next day front end noise was still there. Took the car back. Took them 2.5 hours before the would look at it (after I paid over $1000.00 two days prior). They told me my front struts were bad. They had replaced the rear struts and springs, but apparently didn't check the front even though I told them this is where the noise was. I said "you charged me over $1000 and didn't fix the front end?". He started making excuses as to why it wasn't their fault. They didn't know the front strut was bad two days earlier??!! Staff is friendly until you have a problem! DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - I WISH I WOULD'T HAVE AND WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY!

Horrible service. Took car in for gas smell, they decided to patch a high pressure plastic fuel line on top of the fuel pump....2 weeks later smell and leak was back. got a fuel pump and fuel filter and asked them to re-fix the problem, and use the fuel pump if needed.......then they tried to double bill us...then when i pushed back saying they chose how to fix it the first time, the guy got all pissy and just threw us the keys, i told him we would pay for the fuel filter installation, but he was a prick and replied with a stern NO. He wouldn't let us talk once we called them out, just inturrupting saying "let me get my head around it". bridgeport, wv location

I have bought tires & now a tube for my electric scooter tire from them. They are very helpful & professinal. It's a pleasure doing business with them!
