Hohman Floral

The only thing that Hohman Floral is good at is scamming their customers!!! Erin and Mary Key are the worst seals reps I have EVER come across in my life…. They are VERY RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, AND DISRESPETCFUL, PEOPLE I HAVE EVER COME ACORSS!!!!! TAKE YOUR BUINESS ELSE WHERE!!

This was the first time I used Hohman Floral and it will definitely be the LAST! they came highly recommend and I was highly disappointed. This was definitely the worst experience of my life. I called the business right when we received the arrangement to express my dissatisfaction and the sales representative was very rude and unsympathetic. I called again to speak with a manager and the manager was even worse. I called respectfully and was verbally attacked and called a liar. Nice way to run a business!

My family had a tragic death in the family a few weeks back. We live in Hammond so we ordered the funeral flowers from Hohman Florist. They were so rude that we cancelled are order which totaled several hundred dollars. The associate and manager both need lessons on how to be empathetic to grieving families. I have told and continue to tell everyone not to do business with these people.

I would like to compliment the employees of Hohman Floral for their excellent customer service skills. Each one of them take the time to make your purchase or answer questions you may have run very smoothly. I also choose to purchase any of my floral needs through Hohman Floral because I believe in keeping the local businesses around. Sure you can purchase flowers from local grocery stores, but in regards to quality, you get what you pay for. Thank You Hohman Floral for making my shopping experience delightful!!! I will continue to be a "loyal customer" as long as you are around.

I called Hohman one evening about 4:30pm knowing they closed at 6pm. I forgot my wifes birthday and was at work, I called my favorite spot for flowers and told them I couldn't get there till 5:30pm. They said no problem were here till 6 well have something ready for you, and it was the prettiest bouquet. I'm never disappointed, they just go out of their way, their friendly and very professional. I.d give them 10 stars if I could.

Hohman did my weding flowers last week and I have to say the exceeeded my expatations, I felt like I got Chicago Style for Hammond pricesss. The service was unbelievable and the service like none other, I usually don't do review unles I'm upset about something but in this case I would like every bride to be as treated as special as I was. I couldn't believe the poor customer service this business provided to my friend. I called and cancelled her order! For a business to say that the order was "repulsive" and "don't tell anyone where you got your flowers" is beyond rude! If you are not conventional, I would not call this florist. They were happy that the order was cancelled and I spoke with the manager. Any occasion that one has a need for flowers for should be an expression of their personal taste and wants. If you want a run of the mill, off the shelf, than you don't want to go to this florist. My friend wanted to order black and orange carnations in keeping with a Harley Davidson theme wedding. Individualist is synonymous with HD owners. But, the owner found this to be repulsive. Where is the business sense in giving the customer what they want? Obviously, not the florist for any type of imagination! I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone for any occasion.

I have been dealing with Hohman Floral for years and just when I thought they couldn't get any better, my daughter got married and WOW expectations once again surpassed. From every day, to funeral and now our wedding they NEVER dissapoint....

The best florist in Northwest Indiana, we used Hohman Floral for our wedding and I can not tell you how happy we were with all the flowers. They exceeded all our expeditions.
