False information, when you first meet with a representative they are super helpful and nice, they return your calls immediately. After you sign their contract they never call you back, you literally have to continue calling them to get an answer to your question. Tenants complain that they never service what they need so they just go directly to us. Very rude and speak over you every time. Would not recommend to anybody you are better off managing your property yourself trust me that is what my husband and I are doing going forward they are not worth a dime.

They have been very professional and detailed oriented while managing my rental property. Real Property Management goes out of their way to handle any issues related to the tenant or the property itself. I'm very pleased with their property management style and will continue to use their service in the future.

Real Property Management team have managed our property for more than a year and we have been most impressed by the very high standards they maintains at all times, providing a superb service both to our tenants and to us, as landlords. We never have a moment's worry as we know they will deal promptly and efficiently with any problem that may arise.

This is the most unprofessional property management I have ever dealt with. On every instance I've had to talk to them (when there was a GAS LEAK due to a faulty stove installation, when the kitchen sink was so clogged the whole apartment smelled, when I didn't get a lease renewal contract until a whole month after our lease was up [despite me calling a month in advance requesting one]), every person I've spoken to has either been rude and unhelpful, or unhelpful and uninterested. Whoever wrote a positive review probably works there! Unbelievably terrible.

We called into Real Property Management searching for a new place to live in Rancho Cucamonga.. We found a townhouse that looked super nice on their website: propertymanagementie.com So we called in and spoke to Chad, he mentioned he had been the one whom met with the owner and set them up with management. He had been to the townhouse personally and that it was highly maintained. Well when we went and took a look the home was very sleek and very nice. We decided to go ahead and we rented it!! Our application was approved in 3 days. Im sure everyone was happy, I know we are! Thanks RPM. We thank you for your good service. Job well done!!

Horrible and unprofessional. Do not follow state laws and regulations. Do not put sincere effort into finding leasees for their clients. FIND A REAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY and do NOT go with real property management!
