Just awful! I had a similar waiting room experience as other reviewers. After my initial appointment, I was asked by Marty to come back for a second appointment for a procedure that she wasn't able to do that day. She specifically said "no charge." During the procedure at the second appointment Marty again said "no charge" several times. It is now 8 months after that appointment and I received a message asking me to call immediately regarding charges on my account. I immediately called back and found that I have a somewhat large balance for that "no charge" appointment. I was NEVER sent an invoice. I requested that invoice and was instead sent a journal viewer report by Caroline. This report is full of insurance codes and in no way resembles a bill. When I called to again request a normal invoice I was told Caroline could not do that as she already went "above and beyond" to send me the jornal report. She ended the conversation by threatening to send me to collections if the bill is not paid in full in 10 days. I am certainly not trying to get out of paying money and felt she was being rude and threatening. The office manager, Sandy, is no help either. If you go here, be sure to get Marty to give you her "no charge" in writing and be fully prepared to deal with a group of miserable office workers in all stages of the process!

When I arrived my first impression was this place is a patient mill and it reminded me of a cattle trough.
My experience is very similar to Val's I never got past the receptionist. I arrived on time to a packed waiting room, the receptionist assured me the wait would be minimal, After 20 minutes I was called to the counter and asked to fill out new patient paperwork, I asked if I would be seen within twenty minutes (which is now 40 minutes past my appointment time) and she replied " I don't know" and you "should plan on giving at least an hour." I declined to submit my information and was told if i decided to return I would be charged $20 for cancelling an appointment. Wow great customer service.
Needless to say I will never step foot in that office again. I would offer this piece of advice to new patients be prepared to wait a extended time to be seen. If your lucky they may a have a chair available for you. I cannot comment on the profiency of the Dr. but I will offer this piece of advice schedule less patients.

If you want to avoid hassle and rude office staff, do not go to this Dr. office. They do not have their act together and are extremely unprofessional and impersonal. In addition, the wait is 45 min to an hour long just to see the Dr. for less than 5 minutes. I went to this Dr. for 3 years, spoke to an office manager with no luck, before I finally said enough was enough dealing with them. I do not recommend this dermatologist office.
