This place does not even deserve one star. Unfortunately my family and I are stuck going here for our dentist needs, because no other dentists in the area take our insurance, and sadly, a lot of people are stuck in the same situation.

Everyone that works here is very rude. They charge your insurance for services you did not have, even going so far as charging for appointments you never made, or even showed for. They make you appointments without your consent, calling you the day before informing you that you made the appointment. They called once claiming my six year old daughter made the appointment herself. They were very rude and accusatory when I said it was impossible for her to make the appointment because she was six.

The service in general is just bad. I told them I was allergic to all metal, they didn't believe me and said I was lying. I now live in constant pain because of a metal filling on the side of a tooth. They see the problems I have and was told it's too much trouble to remove and I should have told them about my allergies before I had it done. The dentists advice for grinding my teeth at night was "Just stop doing it and you wont have a problem."

I could go on with a lot more problems family have had here, but I think you get the picture. If you have a choice, please take your family elsewhere.

I just left this office in tears as a first-time patient there for a cleaning, and will never return. I waited for almost an hour because the receptionist left my chart on the counter. The dental hygienist gave me most painful cleaning I've ever received. It was very rough and hurried, and felt very much like she was chipping pieces off of my teeth, which made no sense because she told me I had no build-up, just a little staining. She stabbed my gums a couple of times by mistake, and then flew through the brushing by smearing toothpaste across several teeth at a time and then dragging the electric brush across my teeth, not bothering to clean them individually. She set the toothpaste on my chest instead of the stand, and was listening to music on Pandora the entire time. I'm terrified that she may have done permanent damage to my teeth. She also left her computer screen open right beside me with other patient's records and names clearly visible when she left the room several times.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Will NEVER return. The front desk women are awful and extremely rude. They are totally clueless and treat you like a number. I had an appt for my 10 yr old son and he had to go under for alot of work...they made me jump threw hoops to set up the appt with an outside anaesthesiologist, got to the appt...waited about 45 mins, the asst came out and said "we are not gonna use him, we are gonna try a local", my son freaked out and we couldn't even get the work done!!!! This place is unbelievably bad for service!!! I would try ANYONE BUT THEM

I have never had so many problems with a dentist in my life. I will NEVER go back to this office. EVERY time I went I had to wait at least a half hour before I got called. The average wait time to see the dentist (for me) was 1 hr. The receptionist is as stupid as they come. Not even a "HELLO" when you walk in. She told me I needed x-Rays to determine what is wrong with my one tooth and AFTER I got the x-Rays, the dentist was like, why did you get x-Rays, you don't need them! They don't have time to actually care about your problems...to busy trying to fit as many customers in as they can. I'm not even going to get started with the problems they created in my teeth, I will be writing for days. The only reason I kept going back is to have them fix all the problems they created! And let’s just say it took more than 1, 2, 3, 4 even 5 visits for them to fix the problems. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING...NOT EVEN A CLEANING. Can you tell I am bitter? Ugh.
