Finding a random company to provide service work is always frightening with all the shady companies out to make a quick buck. First things first, Javier, the owner of the company shows up early (A huge plus). Not only is Javier a very competent technician, but as he was disgnosing my AC dilemma, he showed and verfied all of his work to me patiently pointing specific problems he identified. Everything he found, he was able to justify. There was no guessing game, nor simple word of mouth....He literally verified everything that he found wrong with my AC unit. I noticed a lot of times Javier would say to me, "Let me show you." As a result, I was confident that I found a trustworthy AC technician. I have to give J and S two Big thumbs up. I highly recommend Javier.
