With Triggs no longer at the practice (we loved her), we will no longer be staying with them. While Fenkart is great, attentive, and detailed, you will wait over an hour to see him. Avoid Cerkvenik! You will leave feeling accused of being bad parents - EACH TIME, her bedside manner is the worst I have ever seen, and she is too old school in her diagnoses and does not consider comorbid condition explanations. THE WORST! Never again will we see her - she should consider retirement. To make matters worse, you are often stuck seeing her because it's such a small practice. Also, the front desk staff can be rude sometimes and seem miserable.

This office is just money hungry. They don't care about the health or safety of the patients. They want to charge more to do things they're already supposed to be doing for every patient.

This is medical tyranny and extortion.Whether or not it's legal,it's unethical,irresponsible, and abusive.Find a practice that won't strong arm you to make their quotas. Doctors love their bonuses!
