Little Egg Dental

First time in a dental office that got the job done right. Dr. Glenn Prager fixed the tooth that was giving me a problem and also gave me a full exam to establish a plan to prevent further problems.

I have had the best experience at Little Egg Dental. The doctors and the staff were very nice,professional and efficient. I needed to come in for an emergency and they got me in right away. I'm very fearful of going to the dentist because I've had bad experiences but after my experience at Little Egg Dental, I will never go anywhere else.

Best dentist I have ever been to. My teeth look amazing now. After looking for years, I found someone I can trust! Office is AMAZING!!!!

Dentist is GREAT, but overall experience, thanks to office staff is a MAJOR FAIL!!! My wife broke a tooth and needed an emergency root canal and crown. (Which turned out to be 2 crowns once he took a look.) Office manager called our insurance to verify coverage. Told us we had $2000 available and worked out a fair payment plan for the amount over that. 1 week later, office calls to say that the crowns are ready, but our insurance only covers $1000 and we now owe them $1400 instead of $400. And they won't redo the payment plan or install the crowns until they are paid in full. Office manager, or whoever she is, is a total control freak and was extremely rude to my wife, all but accusing my wife of being a scam artist who was trying to get something for nothing. She wouldn't even admit that she called the insurance company. So where did you get the number $2000 that you gave us? We were then referred to Care Credit to open a no-interest credit account for medical, dental, etc. We were told by Care Credit, as well our children's dentist that we would qualify for an 18-month, no interest plan. Now, manager at Little Egg Dental says we can only have a 12 month plan and that it is up to the individual provider how long the term is, and they don't want to pay more money for us to have 18 months. So when I check in with our children's dentist again she says that is a load of crap. Says getting an 18-month plan is as easy as punching in a code on the computer and the difference in the fee is hardly anything. So again, control freak, power hungry office manager is trying to screw us. Unfortunately, the dentists themselves probably have no idea this is even going on because they don't want to know. They hire these desk nazis to keep all their stuff in order without concerning themselves with the horrible customer service. If you have plenty of cash or dental insurance and don't mind being abused by office staff, then Little Egg Dental may be the perfect place for you. Otherwise, look around and avoid this "family friendly" office at all costs!!!

AMAZING !!!!! my daughter has sensory sensitivities (covers her ears with noises and freaks out over bright lights/noises) our first visit to Little Egg dental they were so so so so understanding and didn't push/force her they were not able to do an x ray or anything besides a short look in her mouth with the mirror before she shut down too afraid to do anything else. They encouraged us to not force it and just come back again and try for a little more. We just returned yesterday and with the continued patience, compassion, and understanding of the staff and nurses and pediatric dentist they were able to do EVERYTHING !! x rays, and even a full cleaning complete with noisy dental brush ... they allowed her to react/recoil and cry that she was scared over every noise and light without blame and had the amazing patience and understanding to help her work through all these things and not only complete everything but they had her giggling and belly laughing throughout the entire cleaning!
