They gave me an install date of July 14. They then called me on the 13th to Confirm my installation for the 15th of July! Being upset for taking off work all day to be home on the 14th, she stated the date was changed on Monday the 11th. When I asked, why wasn't I informed of this?, she stated that the 14th was just a target date. she also stated that I did not have to be there for the install. Why wouldn't I want to be there when they are installing $2000 worth of fencing, do they think that I have that much trust in their work? when I wanted to cancel the job, and take my business to another company, she refused to refund my $500 deposit. BEWARE, NORTHWEST CEDAR PRODUCTS HAS SHIFTY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!

I called to get information and the person that answered the phone was rude. When I requested to speak to a supervisor that person did not apologize for the behavior and was just as rude.

Wow...wish I would have checked the BBB rating (F) on them before hiring. They use good materials, but installation is far from what was promised and paid for. The salesmen, Tim, said all of the holes would be covered in soil such that grass would grown right up against the fence. Instead I got cement spewing 12" or more from the fence post. The installation looked extremely sloppy, with pickets not being straight, some of which they corrected later, some of which I repaired myself. I was embarrassed when neighbors saw it. I still have an improperly functioning gate to repair. The installers left several bags worth of trash in my yard (nails, pop caps, rebar), and most concerning, partially used tubes of vinyl adhesive, which I found were TOXIC to my dog. There were muddy footprints all over my fence and some dented panels. It took an extreme amount of work on my part to even get some repairs made, and now after 2.5 months I have given up. They stopped returning phone calls. AVOID!!

I had multiple quotes from other companies and when I met with Tim from Northwest Cedar I immediatly knew this was the company I was going with. He was extremly knowledgeable and polite. I wanted a custom look because I am big on my homes curb appeal and it was almost as if he was reading my mind -We went through some options and I was able to customize the gates TO WHAT I WANTED .... on the very last day of the installation I came home from work to find the fence EXACTLY as I envisioned it.. It was perfect!! I am 1000% pleased with every step of this project from Tim to Gina in the office to the actual crew that came out and had to work so hard. Great Job- HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Had a truly great experience with Northwest Cedar. Loved the people, price, and professionalism from the first phone call to the install. I would highly recommend them.
