Good place to learn self defense they trust you to use weapons or is very nice

I Highly Recommend this place! I have been training here for almost 3 years, and it is a great place to learn and meet new people! They offer training programs for the whole family. Instructors and staff are very friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't train anywhere else.

This Martial Arts school is a fantastic place for students of all ages to explore the world of Chinese Martial Arts. They have programs designed to meet the needs of students interested in self-defense, physical fitness, tai-chi, and traditional kung-fu taught by an extremely capable staff.



One of the school's most successful programs is the Karate Kid Program where kids enjoy martial arts in a fun, exciting, and challenging environment while learning and practicing important lessons about safety, fairness, and self discipline.



I really want to stress that this is a family school. It seems like the kids start training, and the parents quickly follow. It's a great way to get in shape, learn how to defend yourself, and spend time with family. The instructor to student ratio is also noteworthy; a well trained staff member is always there with advice and help.



If you're just starting martial arts or have trained in a different style the USMA family is the place for you.

We enrolled our son here recently. We checked out all of the 4 schools in the area, 3 that have been around and the new one. By far this is the place to be. You are a part of a family right away. This school, we found out has been around for years, and we understand why. If you want a GOOD Family or shilderns school, choose this one!
