        Although unable to complete repairs to the A/C in my motor home due to a conflict in warranty support (no fault of this shop), Bridge Street Auto & RV Repair did a thorough diagnosis of the failure, and then went out of their way to get the vehicle to the warranty provider where the warranty work could be completed which included delivering the motor home to Pacific Truck Center in Medford for me. They volunteered to do that! That's superior customer support in my opinion. I only dinged them on promptness, because they were unexpectedly short handed at the time of the service request due to the unplanned departure of a technician. I will definitely take my future auto and RV service issues to Bridge Street Auto & RV Repair, and highly recommend them to others.
