I've done business here before, and enjoyed the service. They have since straightened up the appearance of the shop and it looks much better. The service technicians are amazing! car sounds, and rides like new!!!

The office manager Phillip is always happy to explain things step by step to make the customer happy.

I've gone to many auto repair shops in the past. From my experience, I can honestly say Aamco Transmissions in Pasadena has, hands down, the best service! Robert and his team are efficient, punctual, talented, and fair. The shop is located conveniently on Colorado Blvd. (which is close by to my work). I decided to stop by for an engine oil check and maintenance since my dashboard read "Maintenance required".



Not only did the mechanics replace my oil, but they humbly treated me with a free checkup. Before I knew it, my car was on a lift! The mechanics gave me a full rundown of everything they checked. I had no idea my car was in so much need of servicing. The best part of my experience, other than the reasonable price, was that everything was done in a timely manner. No gimmicks or conning me out of my money. I highly recommend Aamco in Pasadena for any and all of your car needs!!!

As I have been here before, my brakes were making noise and I felt comfortable taking my car to Aamco Pasadena...since I don't know much about cars, I was a little hesitant being that I didn't want to get ripped off but I did my research and visited a few places and I'm more than satisfied with my decision of choosing Aamco in Pasadena. I have finally gotten with the times and learned the art of internet reviews so it's time I write my review on them...don't let some of the previous reviews fool you!



I dropped my car off there and the owner, Sadu, gave me a ride to my work so they could diagnose my car in the mean time. A couple of hours later, I got a call from Aamco informing me on what was wrong with my car. I needed new front brakes so I authorized them to do the work as price was reasonable.



My car was done and Sadu picked me up from my workplace. Once I got my car, the noise was gone and it was as good as new! They were very thorough with their vehicle assessment and did everything necessary to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and money. This is my go to place! I've already recommended many of my colleagues and nearby friends.

I have been taking both of my vehicles to Aamco Pasadena for 8+ years now. I call them for everything I possibly need done on both my foreign and classics cars. They're always honest and affordable. Ask for rob.

This business is top notch! I was from out of town with family from out of state for a high school graduation. I had an emergency with my car. Robert took me right in and started the process of working on the problem even though it was late into the afternoon heading towards evening time. I sent my family up North, ended up staying only one more night, Robert called me mid-morning to tell me the latest and greatest news that my car was fixed! He was amazing! Robert is very knowledgeable and even though we tossed ideas back and forth (yes my dad is a mechanic so I do know some things about cars) Robert ended up figuring out the problem before my family left from the lot! Really fair treatment and prices are reasonable!

An independent shop in Pasadena told me I need transmission rebuilt for my jaguar. I called AAMCO Pasadena. Asked me to bring it in for no charge diagnosis and guess what! they said I don't need a transmission. My car was repaired for $120.00 and it was an outside problem. Thanks to them and they are highly technical --jack T

I went to aamco and they were very nice, and understanding to my situation and they are more like family then machanics!

The manager and owner of this Aamco were both very involved in helping me. The transmission rebuild was tricky, but they kept working at it. Charged me $2,500 less than the dealer wanted for the same job. Pleasant people, decent work.
