Catina Mount is incredible at her work. She is one of the best individuals I have ever found in the staffing industry. She has the client's best interest at heart, will give you any time that you need (even though she is really busy), and is simply put extremely knowledgeable at what she does. If you have any experience working in an office setting and would like to work in the Riverside/San Bernardino Counties visit Riverside Personnel Services first. You will have a one-on-one to go over your resume, your agenda (do you want to do only temp work, only part time, or temp to hire, etc.) and additional skills. I was able to take a computer assessment test that day so that they can start finding placement for me. I had a job within two weeks and the location is less than 3 miles from my house!

RPS was able to place me on assignment within a week. I love that they help prepare you for success, with training and one on one talks before sending you out for an interview. I'm wondering why I didn't visit RPS sooner!

I have driven past Riverside Personnel my whole life. I'm so glad I decided to work with them! They are such a kind group and they are extremely attentive to what their employees ask for! I don't know what I would've done without them! They listened to my needs and delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Best employment agency! I had a profile with them for quite some time before they were able to find a position for me. I was getting a little discouraged, but the team over at Riverside Personnel kept my moral at an all time high. They were VERY persistent in finding me interviews and always praised the great qualities I could bring before each interview I went on. They are very personable, and never gave up on me. I love the position they were able to find me, and It was worth the wait because it's the right fit. Catina is has such a big heart and you can see that she really does love what she does, because she goes above and beyond the normal work duties! I was recommended to this service by a friend and next to her recommended for Guadalajara mexican food it was by far the best advice she gave me. Not only does Riverside Personnel Service email you computer programs to practice or improve your skills, they listen and work to get you what you want. Additionally when they scheduled an interview for me they gave me a "packet" with a map, my test scores and a resume and told me a little about what the job would require. I just happened to pop a button that day and they had needle, scissors and thread to match my blouse. They really work to help you be the best you can be. The title says it all :) indepth, the staffing managers are very friendly & work hard to match the right person with the right company. Professional through & through along with a supportive heart. These days need more companies like them but there can only be one that rates number one!!
