Bill Pay Service: Our Bill-Pay Service is designed for people on the move - either geographically or in their schedules. Paying bills on time demands that you be at home to receive the mail, keep the paperwork organized and pay attention to due dates, things which can't always happen if you're running an active business without an office staff. You choose to either have your billing address changed so bills come to our office, or you place your bills in a mailer as they arrive and send them to us at intervals. We set up a checking account just for your bills, and let you know how much money is needed to pay those currently due. Your only job is to fund the account. (We don't do that for you!) Every month you receive a full accounting of what bills have been paid, and on what date. In addition, we stay in close contact via email or phone so you can dictate activity as needed. Customer Billing: Our Customer Billing keeps you on top of your income. No more cash flow problems because you haven't had time to bill! You tell us (via phone, email, fax, or regular mail) who to bill and for what, and we take it from there! We create a Custom Bill Head with your logo, if desired, print professional invoices and mail them in a timely manner. Additionally, we send statements (repeat billings) each month to anyone who stills owes you money, and we can even do collection on stubborn accounts.
