        Overall

        Outrageous fees. They wanted $250 to replace a toilet tank fill valve. The part is only $8 and it is about a 15 minute job.

        LOVE them! professional, on time, affordable, reliable and great customer service. I've never had a plumbing company NOT rip me off or over charge me considering I know nothing about plumbing, but Booze actually saved me money and even gave me tips about how to maintain and keep my utilities bills down. AND if i ever need parts or want to do it myself, they have top quality supplies for the bathroom and kitchen right at their location in vienna, show room and all. bye bye over priced home depot or lowes! HIGHLY recommend them!
